Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as new drops or sales), processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will keep you informed via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic: 7-14 business days

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to being a solo worker, carrier delays, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Some regions may experience longer delivery times or may be excluded from shipping due to carrier limitations or restrictions.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Synthetic Soul is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

For packages damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
